Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. All warranty claims vary depending on the manufacturer and is up to their discretion, make sure to request all inclusion and condition before purchasing.
Some goods might be capable of retaining user generated data, the replacement or repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. In these circumstances, we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss, and remove sensitive or confidential data. We will not be responsible for any data loss.

LI-NING
All Li-Ning racquets purchased from Just On Sale Pty Ltd carry a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does NOT cover damage from normal usage, abuse, or improper stringing and there is no guarantee that your racket will be replaced.
To claim warranty, please contact us and we will begin the investigation as soon as possible.
- Claims must be made within 3 months from the date you purchase the product. For Pre-orders, claim must be made within 3 months from the date of dispatch.
- Cut the strings on the broken frame but DO NOT remove the strings. Strings removed from the frame may not be processed.
- Stringing performed by an uncertified technician will void the warranty, you might be required to provide invoice or proof of your restringing service.
- Paint chips and/or cosmetic damages do not qualify for warranty claim.
- Damages as a result of clashing of rackets or hitting the floor or any other misuse are not eligible for warranty claim.
- Stringing the racquet exceeding its recommended tension will fail the warranty claim process.
- Successful warranty claims for discontinued or Limited Edition racquets that are no longer available will be replaced with similar product.
- It will be your responsibility for shipping costs if your warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, international shipping may applies.
For any other products not being mentioned above do not covered by warranty.
Peak Sports
Just On Sale Pty Ltd offers a 3 month warranty on all Peak Racquets purchased from us. We will assist you in submitting your warranty claim if you are eligible for a warranty claim. Please note that replacement is not guaranteed as the final decision rests solely with the manufacturer.
- Claims must be made within 3 months from the date you purchase the product. For Pre-orders, claim must be made within 3 months from the date of dispatch.
- If the frame is broken, cut the strings but do not remove them. Claims for frames with strings fully removed may not be accepted.
- Strings, paint chips and other cosmetic damage are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Damages resulting from misuse, abuse or improper handling are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Stringing beyond the recommended tension or stringing performed by an uncertified technician will void the warranty, you might be required to provide invoice or proof of your restringing service.
- If a successful claim involves a discontinued model, a similar product of equal value will be provided as a replacement.
- If a warranty claim is approved by manufacturer, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, international shipping may applies.
Jasmine Furniture
Just On Sale Pty Ltd provides a one-year warranty for all products from Jasmine Furniture sold in Australia, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects that are not a result of normal wear and tear or natural characteristics of the material used. However, the warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes, and it does not apply to products sold as seconds, display pieces, repaired products, or products that have a defect.
