JOS will offer refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase if the customer is not happy with the item.  Please email at online.support@justonsale.com.au if you would like to apply for a change of mind return.

  • Proof of purchase will be required for all returns, refunds & exchanges
  • Free cancellation only available within 24 hours of placing an order, we are not able to do free cancellation once your order been processed. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, any requests for amendments to an order after it has been dispatched will be subject to our "changed of mind" criteria, and associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns.
  • Allreturn shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
  • Returned goods subject to product & packaging mustin resellable condition,labelling intact, unused, original packaging. Installed products will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
  • All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom basin, vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Basin, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you purchase the wrong model/size for goods(except as required under Australian Consumer Law).
  • Please note some particular goods, such as bedding items and tailor-made customer orders, underwear (including thermals and swimwear) or socks, water bottles, food products, vitamins and health products ,gift cards , clearance goods, customized goods (Strung racquets, customized furnitures...etc) or any on-sale goods are unfortunately not eligible for returns due to health regulations.
  • For fragile items, returns must include delivery insurance.
  • Please note deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Please note All sales of non-refundable goods (bedding items and tailor-made customer orders, underwear (including thermals and swimwear) or socks, water bottles, food products, vitamins and health products ,gift cards, clearence goods, bandled goods  or any on-sale goods ) are final on our Products, except where:

  • a Product is faulty;
  • if a Product does not do what it is supposed to do;
  • if incorrect Products were dispatched from us; or
  • if otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a request of return has been approved JOS, JOS will process the refund to the original method of payment you used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 15 days.

Exchanges

Please note that all exchange postage cost to be paid by the customer and a 20% restocking fee might applied on the exchange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item..

Damaged goods/ faulty products

All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. For products that arrive faulty or damaged please notify us immediately within 48 days of develivery/acceptance on email, and returned the damaged goods back to us within 14 days of delivery/acceptance of the good/s.

Warranty matters are managed directly by the product's supplier. Each brand's warranty policy differs. Please contact us at email if you require assistance to contact your product's brand supplier. 

We may need to assess your product to determine an appropriate remedy. Some products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment. If the claim is accepted, a free replacement, credit or full refund may be processed.

Installed goods are not eligiable for returned/exchanged. Installation will be taken an as acceptance of the good/s.

Please note You may be refused a refund, repair or replacement in certain circumstances, including where you have substantially modified or misused the product.

We will also reimburse your postage for the return of any damaged goods.

BACK ORDERS

Incase your order or part of your order goes on back order or any item in your order has a delayed delivery due to it being temporarily out of stock, we will ship each additional back order free of charge. You can also request a split delivery free of charge and have the option to cancel your back order at any stage prior to shipping. We will also provide you with status reports regarding any back orders so that you can make an informed decision. Just drop us an email and we will organize your request immediately.
