Your items will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners, the driver may leave the package at a safe place(ATL) if you are unavailable to receive it. However please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.. If you do not wish to authorize this, please inform us accordingly by leaving a note when check out . PO boxes or lockers will not be accepted for delivery.
Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
Delivery is Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM ONLY, DELIVERY IS TO DOOR ONLY. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery. Otherwise, the courier might leave the package at a safe place.
Due to our courier not providing delivery services in some rural areas, they may place your parcel at a nearby pick-up point. Please note our courier does not provide any delivery service to the following postcodes;

For products in large size, our courier implements different shipping rates for metropolitan and rural areas.
Metro Area:
VIC - Melbourne Metro Area , Geelong.
NSW - Sydney Metro Area.
ACT - Canberra Metro Area.
QLD - Brisbane Metro Area , Gold Coast Metro Area, Sunshine Coast Metro Area.
SA - Adelaide Metro Area
WA - Perth Metro Area
TAS - Hobert Metro Area
NT - N/A
All other areas will be subject to the rural area shipping rates.
Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist driver in unloading, the delivery driver will not carry large items up or downstairs.
By accepting this policy, you are granting us permission to select ATL option for your delivery. The delivery fees or free shipping are based on a single delivery only. It may charged for re-delivery fee depend on the logistics company.
Delays
As third party courier companies Just On Sale Pty Ltd (JOS) are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high workload, traffic, and issues on the courier's side. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
If the item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don't hesitate to contact us on email. We are here to assist you and can help facilitate communication with the courier company on your behalf.
For the delay caused by the logistics company, we will not resend the goods until we have obtained clear information. If you really need these products, the most convenient and fast way is to place an order again.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees may vary with product type and location，which will be shown on your checkout page. The estimated delivery for orders is within 5-10 business days, subject to stock availability.
Split deliveries may occur if products are sent from different suppliers and can be delivered together upon request , with an added delivery time of 2-5 business days.
Shipping Time
All order will be dispatched 2-7 business days from when your order has been paid. Please allow for longer during high volume order periods.
Please note: All items sold will only be held for 3 days unless a deposit or full payment has been made.
